Join the Crew
We are a boutique creative agency that likes to stay just under the radar… working on some very large projects and making room for small ones too… just because.
We develop creative ideas and designs, helping to create brand experiences with our clients… if you’re not sure what that is… think about this; the next time you open your brand new computer and are overwhelmed by the presentation or the next time you select a certain multi-vitamin over the competition in the pharmacy aisle or the next time you access your oil company’s internal web site, chances are we had something to do with it.
Guaranteed, you’ve seen our work… you just don’t know it.
If you are considering sending us your resumé here are a couple of pointers that will help you out in the interview process:
Enjoy what you do - if you really enjoy producing creative and don’t mind the process (having your ideas occasionally stomped on) then you may fit in rather nicely.
Enjoy helping others - if you like to see clients grow and have success because of some of the work that you’ve done, then you will find Francomedia.com a great place to share in these ‘wins’.
Enjoy a casual atmosphere - wearing a tie in our office could get you fired… ‘nuff said?
Enjoy diversity - we work on all kinds of creative from oil service companies to grocery retail - if it’s interesting then we’ll work on it… if not, then we’ll make it interesting*. Every day is different and every project is different - some days it’s designing graphics for pocket protectors, other days we’re developing web sites and the remaining days we’re busy brainstorming and designing complete ad and marketing campaigns that will change the world… really.
Enjoy design and being creative - we do.
So, if you would like to work in an environment where creativity is celebrated and rewarded… then drop us an e-mail, introduce yourself, tell us how much you are expecting to make (salary wise) and give us a few samples of your work.
QUOTABLE
“Don’t even think about applying for our positions - working here is horrible… some days sitting around the Asteroids machine, we complain about the fresh ground organic coffee and ‘early Fridays’ - it’s rough. Don’t apply. Please.” -Web Staff, Francomedia
